This series began as Bureau of Quality Compliance (BQC)
memos; in 1996, they became Bureau of Quality Assurance (BQA) memos.
These memos are PDF files; letterheads and other formatting have been removed to reduce
file sizes. Blue text in these files indicate links to other
documents or Internet pages (including non-DHFS state and federal sites).
