Information regarding Federal Wage and Hour Laws:
The Wage and Hour Division enforces federal minimum wage, overtime pay,
recordkeeping, and child labor requirements of the Fair Labor Standards
Act. Wage and Hour also enforces the Family and Medical Leave Act, and, a
number of other labor standards statutes. Online web sites provide
