The Provider Overview Report
is published quarterly by the Division of Quality Assurance (DQA).
This report provides a means of providing information to the staff
who survey Long Term Care and Non-Long Term Care health providers.
The material has been informative and helpful to providers and others
as well. Therefore, we are making copies of the report available to you
