from the federal Health Care Financing Administration Office. This information includes
the
March 4, 1998 Medicare and Medicaid Programs from 42 CFR Parts 441, 489 and Ch. IV
regarding Surety Bond Requirements for Home Health Agencies, Final Rule and
Technical Revisions, and Proposed Rule.
The Bureau of Quality Assurance has established an Internet site for information on
home health agencies. Included are links to HCFA press releases, copies of BQA memos and
