Living Well with Chronic Conditions: A Self-Management Workshop

Sponsored by the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Marathon County, Wausau, WI

The Living Well with Chronic Conditions workshop is for individuals who have one of more chronic conditions.  A friend, caregiver, or relative is welcome to attend the workshop along with the person who has a chronic condition.
